OKay, so out of nowhere the last two days, I dot a wierd lumpish growth on my throat, and so we go to the doctor today, and IT'S A THYROID PROBLEM! \Wee/sarcasm]. I'm going to the doctor again tomorrow to find out exactly what the problem is. But because of these appontements I will have missed two crucial drill team practices, and so, I might not be able to compete, and then the team would hate me because the have to learn everthing sans element leader. So, tomorrow, I will get down and beg to be able to compete, if I just have some one teach me what I missed.

Gezz. That's crazy. If you beg then they will prolly let you, and you learn really fast so that won't be a problem. Hopefully that lump isn't anything deadly.

No, it's not deadly, just really really painful. Worst possible case senario, i have tohave my throid gland removed and take pills for the rest of my life. But even that's far sretched, more than likely i'll just have to take some pills for a few years to stabalize it.

yeah.
Man, I'm really nervous for tomorrow now, because, I'm not very convincing when I beg. and it's humiliating and then lunch will suck with everyone eating yummy food but I can't have anything but soup because it hurts so bad to swallow

Then...don't goto school tomorrow. Pretend your sicker than you are. I'm a sucky begger too but just keep doing it (and when your throat is in screeching pain, suddenly stop)

I have one, but it doesnt' automatically make me still a part of drill team, or have all my make up work done

don't think about your make up work now. And..wouldn't you still be on the drill team anyway? It's not your fault this is happening..

yeah, but still, they can't keep reteaching the routine to people this close to competition. And I'd be on drill team but I wouldn't be able to go to competition, and that would suck monkey butt

when's the competetion? You could just go then, and be there no matter how crappy you feel

We learn a routine, and we actually go and compete with other schools on how good we are and how good the routine is

OKay, update (like anyone cares, but oh well)
So we had my ultra sound done today, it hurt like hell considering it was fifteen minutes of pressure all over my problematic area. But it was really freaky, like my thyroid was gaping huge! It looked like a black hole deep in my throat!
I have to beg tomorrow to the ROTC people, and we should find out in a few dayts what exactly is wrong, unless they wanna run more tests.
Oh! And it has gotten to the point of so sore, that I can't eat solids anymore. It's all soup for me.
