I have been oober oober butt tired lately. Like I am cannot get to sleep at night. I am becoming an insomniac. Once I do get to sleep it's great, but it takes me forever. I'm not even tired until like 11PM lately. And I used to be tired by 9PM. And so even on school nights I'm going to bed close to midnight, and it takes me a long while to get to sleep. So in the mornings I am sooo tired. Anyone else having sleep troubles?
Oh yea, and I keep having dreams where I am watching myself eat... anyone have any ideas as to what that might indicate?

So, I've actually been doing alot with this lately. I've always been an insominiac, but it's startign to be a bigger part of my life recently. And I am a clinical Slow Sleeper.
That was just the best one I could find right away, but anyways, basically, slow sleep insomnia is when it takes you hours to start drifting off even, you don't get down as well as you should, you wake up early, and your still so unrested, you might as well not have slept at all.
Oh, and whatever you do, don't take sleeping pills! They actually mess with your body, they're habit forming, and they get rid of REM. Not having REM can be a VERY VERY bad thing. It realeases emotions, and lessens extra energy, so you if you don't have enough of it, you feel pretty, wound up the next day.
Yeah.
I'm a slow sleep insomniac, and i have to say Trisha, if you;re worried just because you dont get tiredas early, you're damn lucky and I would kill to be in your position.

Hm.........*gets all Dr. Phil* Maybe it means you don't have enough in-person contact with Eddi, and you need to conciously work to physically connect. Maybe the faces not being there and stuff also has to do with being stretched a little far and not being able to completley connect and recognize people.
I dunno.
